At Next Level Cleaning Pros, we are committed to providing professional, reliable, and high-quality cleaning services. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, we ask that you review our service policies below.
Scheduling & Appointments
Appointments can be scheduled through our website or by contacting our team directly. We strive to accommodate all requests, but appointments are subject to availability. Clients will receive confirmation once the booking is scheduled.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Payment Policy
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. We accept major payment methods for your convenience. For larger projects or post-construction cleaning services, a deposit may be required before the service date.
Access to Property
Clients are responsible for ensuring our cleaning team has safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled service time. If access cannot be provided at the scheduled time, a lockout fee may apply.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with any part of the cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Safety & Liability
Our team takes every precaution to handle your property with care. However, clients are encouraged to inform us of any fragile or valuable items that require special attention prior to the service.
